Spoon Direct srl, KFC brand licensee company in Italy, rapidly expanding in Italy is looking for staff for the next opening of the Ravenna store.
The job involves prepare sales products following HACCP standards and KFC operating procedures, keeping the work environment clean and safe. In detail, the resource will be responsible for: preparing and flouring the chicken in the volumes and times foreseen by the Managers, using all personal and collective company PPE (personal protective equipment), as well as complying with all safety regulations. Furthermore, he/she will have to ensure the constant use of KFC operating procedures in carrying out his/her duties including the use of uniforms.
Using and cleaning company equipment such as fryers, flourers, maintainers, cold rooms, refrigerators, as well as ensuring the cleaning and disinfection of your work area during the shift. Follow standard procedures and schedules for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation and storage areas.
