The President of the FISI, Flavio Roda, made official the composition of the national alpine skiing and snowboarding teams for the 2024-2025 season on May 21st. it is therefore time to take stock of the presence of athletes from the Western Alps Committee in the Italian teams and of Piedmontese technicians in the staff that follows them in international commitments. Let’s go in order starting from the technical leaders: Gianluca Rulfi from Frabosa, registered with the Prato Nevoso Team, has been confirmed as technical director, as well as head coach of the women’s World Cup team. Among the technicians of the women’s elite World Cup group is Paolo Stefanini from the Claviere Ski Club. The athletes

Among the athletes we find the Carabinieri Sara Allemand from Bardonecchia and Matilde Lorenzi from Sestrie from the Army Sports Centre. Group C of the national team, also led in this case by Paolo Deflorian, includes the Valsesian Maria Sole Antonini of the Sansicario Cesana Ski Club, the Turin Margherita Cecere of the Lancia Ski Club and the Sestrie financier Ludovica Vittoria Druetto. Among the technicians of the Slalom Technical Trials World Cup team there will be Simone Del Dio from the Bardonecchia Ski Club and the athletic trainer Fabio Bianco Dolino from the Sestriere Ski Club. Among the athletes of the gigantist group, the carabiniere from Bardonecchi Giovanni Borsotti is reconfirmed, while the Fossanese and former AOC athlete Luca Riorda is included in the technical staff as a physiotherapist. The male group C includes the Cuneo policeman Fabio Allasina and the Bardonecchian Nicolò Nosenzo of Equipe Beaulard.
