Bari, the Locus stage is ready: 35 thousand people are expected

The Locus festival 2024 opens in Bari with the sold out concert in Calcutta scheduled for Friday 28 June. With over 35,000 tickets sold for the entire festival, expectations are high for the other events scheduled for the weekend, including Salmo & Noyz (via Paolo Pinto roundabout) and Glen Hansard on the 29th and Simple Minds (via Paolo Pinto roundabout) on 30.

The work of the three opening evenings of the Locus festival continues uninterruptedly. To allow the assembly and disassembly operations of the stage and the execution of the further planned set-ups, with a specific order from the local police, from 05.00 on 20 June to 24.00 on 2 July (and, in any case, until the end of the needs), has placed a “stop ban” and a “transit ban” on Piazzale Vittorio Emanuele III, the roundabout in correspondence with the monumental entrance of the Fiera del Levante, on via Paolo Pinto. The Calcutta concert area is inside the Fiera del Levante and will have two entrances: Eastern entrance (from Viale Orientale, on Lungomare Starita) and Agriculture entrance (Piazzale Vittorio Emanuele Orlando). Doors open at 6.30pm, concert starts at 9pm. Tickets are sold out and will not be available at the entrance, the organization reminds us, while the ticket offices will be open on Friday only for collection of reservations, from 11am at the Eastern entrance and from 4pm at the Agriculture entrance.

The public is invited to be wary of anyone attempting to sell tickets illegally and to use authorized resale services such as those available on the DICE app and on the Ticketone.it website.
