Bologna, 26 June 2024 – A stone’s throw from a school, inside the garden Victims of the Marcinelle mine and all those killed at work, there was packaging wrappers with hashish and cocaine inside, in the company of two other people. The drug dealers, discovered by the police, ran away, but one of the three was stopped and arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing and resisting a public official, for hitting an officer with kicks and punches.

It all happened on the morning of Monday, June 24, when the police officers Bolognina-Pontevecchio intervened in the garden Victims of the Marcinelle mine and all those killed at work, in the San Donato area, after it had been reported the presence of three people who were packaging doses of amazinga stone’s throw from a school.

The police, who arrived on site, identified the three drug dealers who, upon seeing the officers, fled.

Two of them managed to escape, but one of the pushers, a 20-year-old Tunisian, was stopped by an agent. The twenty-year-old tried in every way to free himself, first trying to hit the police officer headbutting him and then kicking him and fists, making it necessary to use handcuffs. The drug dealer was searched and had with him a precision scale and 35 packages containing 1 gram of hashish and 20 grams of cocaine.

The twenty-year-old, legal in the area, but homeless and already burdened by precedents for several thefts, illegal possession of weapons and invasions of land and buildings, he was arrested and taken to prison on charges of possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing and resistance to a public official.
