Via Mazzini in Busto Arsizio has a new bar: the TwentySeven. And its owner, Luigi Sanfilippo, before its inauguration, had never been involved in catering: «For me it’s a new job, I have a multiservice in Milan. But we looked for the best for our customers and hired two professionals in the sector.”
He, originally from Cesate, he was brought by destiny to Busto Arsizio: «I was flipping through bar sales ads and found this. After taking it, everything was renovated and we opened in a month and a half.”
The lounge bar offers events every Saturday evening, thanks also to the 3 floors which make it possible to divide the rooms: «The ground and upper floors are designed for those who want to come and have an aperitif or have a drink in peace with music playing in the background, while in the basement we put on karaoke.”
A few weeks ago, the inauguration event which «went quite well, a lot of people came. We offered prosecco as a welcome, people stayed until 3 in the morning.”
So, despite the inexperience in the sector: «Our greatest satisfaction is entertaining people and we already plan to open another TwentySeven in Busto Garolfo.”
