The State Police of Rimini, as part of specific checks regarding public order and safety, urban decorum, the regularity of accommodation facilities and the verification of presences, handed over the owner of two hotel facilities located in the southern area of Rimini, pursuant to art. 109 TULPS for not having communicated the presence of the residents to the Public Security Authority; at the same time it was sanctioned for administrative irregularities pursuant to the Emilia-Romagna Regional Law n. 16/2004.
In particular, in recent weeks, personnel from the local Administrative Police Division of the Rimini Police Headquarters have carried out checks at the two hotel facilities in question.
At the end of the first check, no. 15 people accommodated (12 foreigners and 3 Italians); from subsequent checks it was ascertained that, of the 15 housed, no. 11 people had never been included in the specific “Alloggiati Web” portal to communicate their presence to the PS Authority.
In the second check, no. 9 people accommodated (4 foreigners and 5 Italians); from subsequent checks it was ascertained that, of the 9 housed, no. 4 people had never been included in the specific “Alloggiati Web” portal to communicate their presence to the PS Authority.
For these reasons, at the end of the checks on the regularity of the entries of the presences ascertained on the “Alloggiati Web” portal, which is used by all those who own accommodation facilities to communicate the presences to the Public Security Authority, as well as checks at the municipal offices on the regularity of the SCIA, the owner was placed in a state of freedom pursuant to art. 109 TULPS, for not having communicated to the PS Authority the presence of 15 people out of a total of 24 guests and sanctioned for administrative irregularities pursuant to Regional Law no. 16/2004 (in particular, in one of the hotels, the woman had used three rooms intended for warehouse use as rooms).
