A new weekend in May is starting and there are more and more events that enliven the city and surrounding areas. So let’s see what events to attend this weekend. Furthermore, on the site there is a section dedicated to films showing in cinemas.

PATRONAL FESTIVALS AND RELIGION. This weekend various patronal celebrations are planned, such as that of San Zopito in Loreto Aprutino but also the celebrations in honor of the Holy Face and of San Pancrazio Martire scheduled from Saturday 18th to Monday 20th May in Manoppello.

Furthermore, Archbishop Valentinetti will celebrate the pontifical mass in Civitella Casanova, on the occasion of Pentecost.

EVENTS. There will be the Ubuntu-themed TedxPescara, to reflect and amaze. Various interventions, speakers and related events.

Speaking of events, the Pulpa Festival will be held in Montesilvano, from Friday to Sunday, with an intercultural theme and lots of entertainment for children too.

THEATER. Elisa Di Eusanio will perform at the Florian with Club 27, a live music and prose event to remember the artists who died at 27.

CONCERTS AND MUSIC. Angelo Valori & Medit Orchestra present a concert at the Circus, in which they will perform the most beautiful Italian songs and soundtracks, a charity event in favor of the guide dog service of the Lions Club, organized by the 5th and 6th district of district 108A.

EXHIBITIONS. The artist Mauro Pispoli will exhibit the exhibition “The child who dreamed of becoming Picasso” at the Museo delle Genti d’Abruzzo.

MEETINGS. At the Arca multiplex, director Roberto Zazzara and producer Cristiano Di Felice will meet the public before the special screening of Carne et Ossa.
