Six types of beers. Bottled and “dressed” with dragon skins, with a clear fantasy appeal, with a label embossed to the touch. They are the beers of Iron Brewerya Calabrian craft brewery born in Catanzaro in 2017 from an idea of Mark Abrahaman entrepreneur from Catanzaro, now 40 years old, who has thus transformed a passion into his main work activity.
There is the Belgian dubbel, the English ipa and the British strong ale, the classic Blonde ale and the Blanche, the Witbier: six precious top-fermented recipes that recall the Belgian, English and US traditions, shared with the master brewer Sergio Exchange (already juror for “Beer of the Year” with Unionbirrai). The “special” is the Witbier, a wheat beer with star anise.
A noteworthy plant, with a production capacity of over 20 thousand liters per month, around 60 thousand bottles, in addition to the kegs: Iron brewery is located in southern Catanzaro and only young people work there.
He will be present at “Beer Catanzaro” from 14 to 16 June in Piazza Prefettura with its own stand where you can taste all the types of beer in production and even some surprises!
