GROSSETO – The new Assicoop headquarters was inaugurated this afternoon in Grosseto. The offices moved from via de Barberi to via Porciatti close to the Medici Walls.
The choice of location, as underlined by the Assicoop CEO Vincenzo Formicola, has a precise meaning «we wanted to give something to this city. Our contribution because an important piece of our history was born right here. In 1973 the birth of Unipol Maremma which gave the first inputs to Assicoop Toscana”.
«We come from a world that has always been attentive to the values of the territory. We wanted to be in a strategic point of the city, in the heart and centre, given that many companies move to the outskirts of the city to reduce costs or for parking reasons. We believe that companies can make a contribution to the growth of an area, for example by populating the historic center with services, activities and offices that allow everyday life.”
