Once the operators arrived at the location of the report, they identified the offender, who was still present on site. From the subsequent reconstruction of the facts it emerged that the man, in collaboration with another unknown individual, after having taken various objects from the shelves, had tried to escape by threatening the store manager and the security officer.

For this reason, the man was accompanied to the police station where, at the end of the photo-signalling activities, he was identified as a 38-year-old Tunisian, legal in the national territory, already burdened by an oral warning from the police commissioner and with precedents for theft, injuries, beatings, threats and intimidating acts. Having fully reconstructed the dynamics of the facts, the subject was therefore arrested for the crime of improper robbery.
