Sviluppumbria abandons the premises in Strada delle Campore but, in any case, remains with support in Terni. The green light from the Tesei executive arrived this week and concerns Palazzo De Santis, at number 21 of via Plinio Il Giovane: green light for the free concession for nine years of part of the complex, in this case the entire second floor and part of the first for a total of 475 commercial square meters. A process formally started on 20 July 2023 when the company communicated to the Region Invitalia’s cancellation for the historic Terni operational headquarters. Sviluppumbria wanted to maintain its own space in the city for its 23 employees and the choice fell on Palazzo De Santis. Signed by the regional heritage councilor Paola Agabiti, the director Luca Federici and the manager of the state property, heritage and logistics service Francesca Pazzaglia.
