OBJECT: Prato Police Headquarters – It is necessary to restore conditions that allow staff to carry out their duties with maximum serenity.
Urgent intervention request.

The united letter signed by the COISP Provincial Secretariat of Prato and all the other trade unions in the province is forwarded, in which the strong complaints of colleagues serving at the Police Headquarters are underlined regarding measures and conduct implemented by the Quaestor, which have caused a climate of strong discomfort and demotivation as well as the absence of that tranquility that is necessary in carrying out the main tasks that they are called upon to perform. This Office is requested to intervene with kind urgency, inviting the aforementioned Police Commissioner to restore those conditions that are necessary to guarantee our colleagues the necessary working serenity, also involving for this purpose those who represent all the women and men of the State Police in service in the province of Prato.
While awaiting your kind urgent response, we would like to take this opportunity to send you our warmest regards.
