‘Grade too low’, student slaps professor

In Corigliano-Rossano outside the technical-commercial institute

CORIGLIANO-ROSANO. He waited for the teacher who had just questioned him to come out of school, confronted him and, after addressing a series of insults, slapped him several times.

A behavior that resulted in a sixteen-year-old student from the technical-commercial institute of Corigliano-Rossano, in the Cosentino area, being reported in a state of freedom to the Catanzaro Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.

The investigations into the episode were conducted by the Carabinieri of the Corigliano-Rossano Territorial Department.

According to what emerged from the testimonies collected by the police, the basis of the student’s behavior was the boy’s discontent with ‘the grade, considered too low’, assigned to him by the professor at the conclusion of the question.

The 118 staff also intervened on site and provided the necessary treatment to the beaten professor.

According to what we learned, the professor himself did not decide, at least for the moment, to file a complaint against the student.
