The Avellino Public Prosecutor’s Office, meanwhile, has filed in recent days – for the attention of the judges of the Eighth Section – a new series of documents in view of the discussion that will take place this morning on the request for cancellation of the precautionary measure under house arrest – issued to April by the investigating judge of the Court of Avellino Giulio Argenio – presented by the defenders of the former mayor, the criminal lawyers Luigi Petrillo and Concetta Mari. Also today, at the Court of Review of Naples, the appeal of the architect Fabio Guerriero, who is also under house arrest and defended by the lawyers Marino Capone and Nicola Quatrano, will also be discussed.
