The exciting theatrical tour of the show MAGICAL MYSTERY STORY “Now and Then” arrives at the Rivoli Theater in Mazara. The appointment is for May 7th at 9pm.
Two engaging hours for an extraordinary journey through the history and music of the Fab Four which develops by combining the performance of The Beatbox with the narrative charm of Carlo Massarini, giving life to a show that mixes music and stories of those who revolutionized the history of music and more.
During the five acts that characterize the show, Carlo Massarini reveals the most fascinating anecdotes and curiosities of the extraordinary adventure of the four Liverpool baronets: from the original instrumentation of the time identical to that used by the Beatles in their historic concerts and studio sessions, to changes of clothes and makeup, recreating the atmosphere and unique style of that magical historical moment.
The show, which spans the memories and discoveries of several generations, aims to bring back the enthusiasm and positivity of the legendary ’60s. The setlist embraces the legendary hits from the Cavern Club in Liverpool, passing from the Rubber Soul and Revolver period, reaching the masterpieces that preceded the band’s dissolution in 1970.
The Beatbox faithfully reproduce the hits of the “Beatlesian” discography, returning to the listener the vocal and visual sound impact of the legendary quartet. An ageless experience that attracts a diverse audience, from ’60s nostalgics to younger fans, proving that The Beatles’ music is timeless. Even in the Mazara stage of the theater tour which is passing through numerous Italian cities, two hours of exciting concert are offered during which it will be possible to relive iconic songs such as “She Loves You,” “A Hard Day’s Night,” “Yesterday,” “Twist and shout,” “Hey Jude,” “Come Together,” “Let It Be,” “Something,” just to name a few.
Bringing this project to life are four musicians with a more than noble curriculum: Marco Breglia, Stefano Piancastelli, Michele Caputo and Federico Franchi, who boast collaborations with the big names of Italian pop. The Band has toured in various countries around the world, from the USA to Russia, Romania, Switzerland, New Zealand, Belgium and Germany, and was a guest at the most important European Beatles Days.
