A clinic with general practitioners in the most populous neighborhood of the city

TARQUINIA – The mayoral candidate Francesco Sposetti met the inhabitants of the Madonna dell’Ulivo neighborhood on Thursday.

The initiative was an opportunity for Sposetti to make known the program of the coalition formed by the Democratic Party, the 5 Star Movement, the Francesco Sposetti civic list “Civitas” and the Green and Left Alliance, and to listen to the requests of the residents of the most populous district of Tarquinia, who underlined the need for interventions to improve the urban decor and public parks, to strengthen the local transport service and public lighting and to adapt the road network.

“But above all they emphasized the remoteness of the administration – highlights Sposetti -. An increasingly wide gap over the years that has become unbridgeable. Therefore, alongside the extremely essential interventions on local public transport, on the maintenance of greenery, roads and public lighting, we must recover the relationship with the community. For this reason we intend to create a listening point for citizens, to commit ourselves to the reconstitution of a neighborhood committee to promote cultural and socialization initiatives, as well as to materialize an idea that came to our mind while talking to people: that to create a clinic in the premises owned by the Municipality where the general practitioners who operate in our city can receive their patients residing in the neighborhood once a week. In this regard, we think in particular of the elderly who live in the neighborhood and have difficulty traveling.”
