The president of the Marche Region Francesco Acquaroli thanked the national Bersaglieri association “which brought the 71st National Bersaglieri Gathering to Ascoli Piceno in these three days, in the year in which they celebrate 100 years since its foundation”. Speaking during the final ceremony of the gathering, in front of the Undersecretary of Defense Isabella Rauti, the governor recalled that this is the third presence of the feathered infantrymen in the city: “in 1991, in 2004 and in 2024, a record”. “I also thank you – she added – for the emotions you have given to our community”.
