Caserta – On the occasion of the “International Day for Missing Minors” which is celebrated today, 25 May, the Caserta State Police has organized dissemination initiatives, in order to help young people recognize situations of hardship and prevent the associated risks to episodes of disappearance. For the occasion, the Police Commissioner of Caserta, Andrea Grassi, handed over to the Director of the School Office of the territorial area of ​​the Province of Caserta, Doctor Monica Matano, the information leaflets and bookmarks on the topic, created by the Central Anti-Crime Service of the public safety, for subsequent distribution to local schools. Further initiatives have been launched with the “Penelope Campania” Association, an association active in the sector with support services for people who report missing persons, for the organization of training meetings, and with the “Community of Sant’Egidio”, member of the Consulta at the Extraordinary Government Commissioner for missing persons. On the sidelines of the day’s initiatives, the Caserta Police Commissioner met this morning with the children of the UNICEF Section of Caserta, who were leaving for Rome to participate in the “World Children’s Day”, scheduled for 25 and 26 May, scheduled in St. Peter’s Square in Rome, with the participation of Pope Francis.
