Today it manages ten gyms: the goal is to triple the number in five years, reaching a total of thirty. This is Fitnessgest, the company based in the province of Gorizia that owns the low-cost Webfit brand chain. Thirty thousand subscribers today, but in the plans of the two partners and administrators, the brothers Tommaso and Mauro Junior Salvador, there is an ambitious goal of 80 thousand, to be reached by 2028. A growth path already in full swing for the company, born from an extraordinary transfer operation carried out in 2023, but the product of a strictly family company, founded 40 years ago by Mauro Salvador, father of the owners.

After opening in Gorizia last autumn, three new gyms will start operations in Pordenone, Cervignano del Friuli and San Vendemiano, in the province of Treviso. They will be open by August, adding to the 10 already active, scattered across Friuli Venezia Giulia (Gorizia, Ronchi, Pradamano, two in Trieste), Veneto (Vicenza, Mestre and Padua) and Lombardy (two gyms, both in Milan). Thanks to this buy&build expansion strategy, which does not only look at the north but at the entire national territory, already in 2024 the turnover forecast at the end of the year fluctuates between 8.5 and 9 million, compared to the 7 million with which it was closed the 2023 financial year.

The Isonzo company aims to position itself, at the end of the journey, among the national leaders in the sector, in particular in the low-cost segment, thanks to an offer that currently guarantees subscribers, at a cost of 27 euros per month, not only access to the fleet of cars, but also the technical assistance of instructors with degrees in motor sciences or in possession of CONI certificates and personalized training cards. As for the new openings, in Pordenone and San Vendemiano two gyms that operated under the Newfit brand will reopen under the Webfit brand, while the Cervignano club is being built in an unfinished warehouse, near the Trieste-Venice state road, towards Monfalcone .

The general trend we are witnessing, also expected for the next few years, sees a substantial increase in demand for this type of service compared to other types of offers on the market”.
