AZIENDA ZERO PADOVA COMPETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS 2024

Azienda Zero of Padua has therefore announced a competition for 11 administrative assistants, to be hired on a permanent basis.

We would like to point out that the selection is carried out by Azienda Zero, exclusively for procedural purposes, as a mere aggregation of individual autonomous procedures, each referring to the specific companies involved. The places will be assigned as follows:

• Local health authority n. 1 Dolomites: n. 1 place;

• Local health authority n. 4 Eastern Veneto: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001);

• Local health authority n. 7 Pedemontana: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001);

• Local health authority n. 8 Berica: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001);

• Local health authority n. 9 Scaligera: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001);

• Padua Hospital-University Company: n. 1 place;

• Verona Integrated University Hospital: n. 1 place;
  

  ---

• Veneto Oncology Institute IRCCS: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001);
  

  ---

• Company Zero: n. 1 place (the procedure is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedure referred to in art. 34-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001).

Candidates must indicate a single company for which they intend to compete. In the event that the competition of the chosen organization is subject to the negative outcome of the redundancy procedures, candidates must indicate as second choice one of the organizations not affected by this procedure.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

To participate in the Azienda Zero di Padua competition for administrative assistants it is necessary to meet the general requirements for access to public competitions, namely:

• citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• eligibility to the specific tasks of the professional profile sought;
• age lower than that provided for by current legislation for official retirement;
• adequate knowledge of the Italian language;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• not have been excluded from the active electorate;
• not have been dismissed or discharged from employment at the PA, or dismissed from the date of entry into force of the first collective agreement.

Candidates are also required to possession of a five-year upper secondary education diplomaor alternatively a four-year upper secondary education diploma which allows access to higher education.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

Azienda Zero, based on the number of applications received, reserves the right to make one preselection.

The selection will then consist of valuation of securities and in carrying out three exams:

• a written test;
• a practical test;
• an oral test.

The tests will focus on following subjects:

• constitutional principles: art. 32 Constitution;
• SSN and SSR of the Veneto Region;
• public employment: Legislative Decree no. 165/2001, Presidential Decree no. 62/2013 and CCNL for the health sector of 2/11/2022;
• administrative procedure and access to administrative documents;
• right of civic access and obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information by the PA;
• processing of personal data;
• public contracts: Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 (general principles and relevant definitions, subjects involved, main contractual types and related classification, main types of award procedures and related general phases, execution of the contract with the exclusion of any pathological phase);
• administrative documentation and related digitization;
• protection of health and safety in the workplace.

As part of the oral test, knowledge of the English language and knowledge of the use of equipment and most popular computer applications.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for participation in the competition for administrative assistants of Azienda Zero of Padua must be submitted by 6.00 pm on May 30, 2024exclusively in telematic mode, by connecting to the appropriate platform available on this page.

To access the platform you must authenticate via SPID, CIE or CNS.

The candidate must proceed to pay an expense contribution to cover the costs of the procedure equal to €15.00.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The date, location, time, contents and methods of carrying out any pre-selection will be published in the section dedicated to the procedure on the Azienda Zero institutional website no earlier than 15 days following the deadline for submitting applications and, in any case , with a at least 7 days notice.

The diary of the tests and the location where they will be carried out will be communicated to the candidates at least 15 days before of the written test e 20 days before practical and oral tests.
