The end of the weekend just gone by April reversed an almost autumnal situation on Sicily, bringing temperatures back above seasonal averages. These are the effects of a short anticyclonic breath of African matrix which will extend until Tuesday 30th and which will see sunshine prevailing in all the provinces. But then the weather is set to get worse due to the arrival of a low pressure vortex that will move to Sardinia from the western Mediterranean. The first clouds and some weak precipitation are expected on Tuesday evening but rain and storms will arrive mostly on Wednesday 1 May.
Phenomena could result even intense between the provinces of Trapani, Palermo and Agrigento. One is also inevitable decrease in temperatures albeit not excessive, which will be reported in the averages of the period. Of note will also be one tense siroccal ventilation.
