Focus of the day on the analysis of the knowledge that leads to correct lifestyles and eating habits for the prevention of those risky behaviors which, acquired in adolescence, tend to persist into adulthood.

How can we tackle a topic of this importance if not starting from school? The school is in fact precisely the place where students experience learning processes on a daily basis, experiencing opportunities for intellectual growth, acquisition of critical awareness and responsibility, and it is the essential place of their education, also with regards to lifestyles and eating habits, in particular for the prevention of those risky behaviors which, acquired in adolescence, tend to persist into adulthood.

Integrating knowledge and skills with reflections and insights, outside the classroom, is important for the acquisition of critical awareness and responsibility, so that students move towards responsible and autonomous choices. The goals can be achieved by working in collaboration with families. Guest of the morning, which was held in the council chamber of the Municipality of Pescara, was a class from the D’Annunzio classical high school. Using the Prof. Nao robot programmed at school, the children tried to answer questions about fake food news from a peer to peer teaching perspective.
