Who collect another record prize: in 2023 the amount will in fact reach up to 13,500 euros, reports the sun 24 hours. «The company communicated to its 2,200 employees at the Dalmine, Sabbio Bergamasco, Costa Volpino, Arcore and Piombino plants the value that the second tranche of the Company Profitability Award (Pra) which was created in 1998 and has the function of redistribute to workers a share of the wealth generated, in proportion to the economic result of the company”.
The model linked to the results
The Pra is a variable bonus that is paid to all employees and is linked partly to the level of classification to which the employee belongs, partly to a broader overall reward system. «In all cases the calculation of its amount is strictly connected to the results obtained. This year the combination of things has led to a record value for the second tranche which, added to the first, anticipated and distributed in October, determines the prize for the entire year: for 2023 the total figure ranges from a minimum of 9,234 euros to a maximum of 13,482 euros”, he adds the sun 24 hours.
Participation in the results
The bonus is a tool that allows all workers to participate in company results. Claims the senior director of human resources TenarisDalmine, Paolo Benzi: «We are truly very satisfied to be able to share the brilliant economic results, again this year, together with the entire company population, whose contribution was essential to obtaining them, thanks to constant commitment and professionalism».
