ALESSANDRIA – Intervention by the Carabinieri at the “Teacher training course” at the conference room of the IIS “Vinci Nervi Fermi”, during which the topics related to narcotic and psychotropic substances and the responsibilities of minors, parents and teachers.
Among the topics, also the diffusion and typology of drugs, old and new, found in the Alessandria area, the easy availability by minors on the web and the resulting critical issues.
After a reflection on driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, the focus was therefore shifted to the imputability and civil and criminal responsibility of minors, parents and teachers, which finds regulatory reference, in the latter case, in ‘art. 2048 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, which states: “Preceptors and those who teach a trade or art are responsible for the damage caused by the illicit act of their students and apprentices during the time in which they are under their supervision”.
Meanwhile, meetings with primary school students from the Province continue. Stop in Borghetto Borbera at the institute in via Roma, where the institutional video prepared by the Carabinieri was screened and the topics of conscious use of social media and mobile phones, bullying and cyber bullying were discussed. Approximately 30 pupils from the fourth and fifth grades with their teachers participated in the educational event.
