Extraordinary competition Campania, the assignment of the seats from 17 April 2024

In a note published on Monday 15 April 2024, the Campania Region announced that «having taken note of the sentence of the Council of State n. 3106/2024, we will proceed with the assignment of the pharmaceutical locations relating to the first ruling procedure of the Competition in question”. As reported by the Campania regional body “the procedure will take place on the single technological and application platform of the Ministry of Health and will begin on 17 April 2024 and will end on 2 May 2024″. The Region has specified that two days before the start of the procedure, on Monday 15 April 2024, via the ministerial platform, a notice will be sent to the certified email address of the holder of the single application, or of the contact person for the associated application, with the indications relating to the assignment of the seat”.

Electronic acceptance of the assigned location

As for the procedure, as underlined by the Region «acceptance of the pharmaceutical office is expressed by connecting to the ministerial platform using one’s access credentials – username and password – received at the time of submitting the application to participate in the competition. Failure to accept will result in exclusion from the competition.” Therefore «competitors are invited to verify the correct functioning of the PEC address currently inserted in the ministerial platform, on which all notices relating to the procedure will be sent». The Region has specified that «the procedure for assigning pharmaceutical locations is carried out with the reservation of adopting further measures, where necessary, pending the definition of the cases currently pending before the administrative magistrates». The Region has therefore invited candidates “to periodically consult the web portal of the Campania Region to view any updates relating to the various phases of the procedure in question”.
