The municipal administration led by mayor Lucia Ghiotti, with its own council resolution adopted last Monday 8 April, took note of the funds allocated to the municipality regarding the “OPsocial2023 social water bonus”.
The small municipality of the Altopoli area received the share of 507.60 euros of which 338.40 euros as a water bonus to be allocated to domestic users, while the share of 166.20 euros is the OPsocial share to be allocated to users operating in the voluntary sector and social policies present in the local area.
From this perspective, resident citizens have the opportunity to access this “bonus” submitting the application until next April 29th and must declare that they are in financial difficulty and have an ISEE certificate of no more than 8 thousand and 265 euros. The “water bonus” is recognized in an amount not exceeding 80% of the total annual amount of the integrated water service invoices, through the provision of a “one-off” contribution to reduce the amounts invoiced in the traditional water supply bill.
The application form can be found on the website of the Municipality of Salara and in paper format at the social services office. The application for participation in the tender can be submitted on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3pm to 5.30pm.
