Cremona Sera – After the “Cremonasera” report, the landfill stairs in front of San Camillo were immediately cleaned by the “Limpiadores de estrellas” volunteers (in agreement with Aprica and councilor Manzi)

“The parking steps in front of the San Camillo nursing home are a landfill” was the headline this morning in “Cremona evening” (read here) after the report complete with photographs of the indecent state of the stairs in the Aem car park in front of the San Camillo nursing home. And here is the miracle of“Cremonasera wrong repair agency” as Flaminio Cozzaglio defined us and a group of volunteers who immediately got to work and the clear result is in the photographs of the service. Having filled some bags with dirt, waste, leaves and lots of rubbish, the volunteers left them on site in agreement with Aprica and councilor Manzi. The volunteers are still them, the “Stretch cleaners“those who have already cleaned up the surroundings of the Zini Stadium and along Ciria. Mysterious volunteers who have chosen to call themselves “The star cleaners”literally The star cleaners. Perhaps, we suppose, the choice of the name derives from the beautiful imaginative story of the Argentine poet Julio Cortázar in the collection “La otra orilla” (The other shore) which tells of these fantastic celestial cleaners who free the sky from airplane contrails and other dirt that prevents you from seeing the stars. Well done to these volunteers who put an end to a dump on those steps that had lasted for too many months. We know that in recent weeks they have agreed with Aprica and councilor Manzi on the possibility of intervening in the cleaning of some areas but, through the signed agreement, this time the waste will be taken away immediately by Aprica, not as happened in the past in via Cardinal Massaia or along the Ciria.
