“In today’s session, the City Council featured the tragicomic show staged by multiple councilor Antonello Talerico. As usual, avoiding contesting the substantive objections brought forward by the Action Group [perché i cittadini di Catanzaro devono essere costretti a pagare maggiori tributi per i rifiuti? perché il Comune continua a pagare un corrispettivo altro alla società che gestisce la raccolta dei rifiuti? perché il Comune non fa la gara d’appalto – continuando a prorogare o rinnovare il contratto con la Sieco]Talerico, in an evident state of confusion, centered his disjointed speech on ramblings regarding the opposition style of Valerio Donato and his group, trying to shift attention from the real “crux” of the day.
Antonello Talerico tries to distract Fiorita voters from the fact that the multiple councilor is jointly responsible for the failure of the Fiorita Council; and that the majority of them are increasingly with a very strong centre-right traction.
Councilor Talerico, who in truth has never directly won an election, is ready for yet another change of coat after having fought in Italia dei Valori, nor Orlandino Greco’s Southern Italy, in the DC, candidate on the Catanzaro 1594 Civic list , then Forza Italia, Noi Moderati again and today the new arrival in Forza Italia(?).
Change of coat, which we imagine will have to involve his entire large group of majority municipal councillors, and which will make the coalition which disguises itself as centre-left but which is in reality “subjected” to the centre-right, even more “awkward”.
It will be even more embarrassing for party leaders such as PD, Cinquestelle, Socialisti to try again to justify this cheerful pile-up at the helm of the Municipality of Catanzaro.
We will have a Forza Italia original: a “Forza Italia 1” still in opposition to the Fiorita government and a “Forza Italia 2” which will, however, still be a crutch of the current majority?
What will the Secretary of the PD and the candidate for the European elections for the PD Jasmine Cristallo think of all this?
What will the tough and pure Giuseppe Conte think of all this?
For the rest, we would like to reassure Nicola Fiorita (in perfect continuity with the Abramo government) and invite him to sleep soundly and above all not to become discouraged – Greater Catanzaro could not afford it – emphasizing the resentment of some councillors.
Rest assured that the Action councilors carry out their elective mandate with a serene soul, without in any way reserving feelings of hatred or disdain.
The only indignation, dear Mayor Fiorita, is for the illegitimacies, immoralities, perks and non-compliance with the Authority’s regulations.
Each one measures the other from his own heart.”
