ANCONA – The toll from the crash which occurred in the early morning today along the A14, between the Ancona Sud and Loreto toll booths, would be four injured – taken to the Torrette hospital. The accident appears to have occurred on the stretch of motorway affected by some works, at kilometer 225 in a southerly direction, with a narrowing of the road which forces a lane change and in which traffic – in a southerly direction – is two-way. gear.
Three vehicles were involved, an articulated lorry, a car and a van: for reasons yet to be ascertained, there would have been a head-on collision which blocked traffic along the artery causing a long queue of vehicles, which were being disposed of. On site, in addition to the medical staff and the ambulance, also the firefighters, the police and the air ambulance landed, which would have transported one of the injured to the regional hospital.
