This morning Army Corps General Maurizio Stefanizzi, Interregional Carabinieri CommanderVittorio Veneto”, went to the Provincial Command of Forlì-Cesena to pay a collective commendation to the Carabinieri of the province, proud recognition for the sacrifice, self-sacrifice and work carried out by the military in favor of the Forlì community during the floods last May.
Received by the Provincial Commander, Colonel Samuele Sighinolfi, the senior officer met the soldiers of the headquarters and the commanders of all the territorial departments of the province, addressing them words of recognition for the daily sacrifice made in carrying out the delicate task of maintaining security in the communities of the territory. In particular, General Stefanizzi wanted to formally pay a collective commendation to the Provincial Command of Forlì-Cesena for the work carried out by all the soldiers in the tragic days of the flood of May 2023. For those events, it is worth remembering, the territory of province of Forlì-Cesena was deeply wounded, with signs still evident after just under a year. In that tragic event the Carabinieri were able to demonstrate courage and dedication, sacrifice and spirit of service, remaining close to and supporting citizens not only in the most tragic and difficult days, but also in the following period by implementing incessant anti-profiteering services.
