Love drug, huge seizure in Como. 27-year-old arrested, girlfriend reported

Last March he was discovered with 200 grams of the love drug and was arrested by policemen from the Como flying squad. Sentenced to one year and two months, he was released. And immediately he returned to his old, illicit activity. Hoping to avoid checks, he asked his girlfriend to help him store the drugs.
A scruple that was not enough for a 27-year-old man from Como, arrested again last night by police officers, who this time seized over 3 kilograms of the same narcotic substance and 18 thousand euros in cash. His partner, a 30-year-old from Como, was reported.

After the first arrest, the police never stopped monitoring the 27-year-old. In fact, the flying squad agents suspected that he continued to sell large quantities of MSPV, known as the love drug, a synthetic narcotic substance which is widely spread in nightlife circles, including in Como. In recent days, the man from Como made a trip to Germany, where, according to investigators, it is possible to obtain supplies of this substance at a lower price.
Having made further investigations, yesterday evening the flying squad agents, coordinated by the Como prosecutor’s office, decided to intervene. The officers identified three homes used by the couple, one in Blevio and two in Como, and searched all the apartments. The 27-year-old tried to prevent checks on the premises in the city, railing against the officers and threatening them. However, police activity continued. 3.1 kilograms of love drugs, 18 thousand euros in cash and material for packaging and weighing the drugs were discovered and seized. According to investigators, the 27-year-old did not sell the drugs directly to end customers, but supplied some dealers in the area. According to investigators, the narcotic substance would have brought in around half a million euros.

The 27-year-old was arrested and taken to prison in Bassone. He must also respond with resistance. The investigation is coordinated by deputy prosecutor Simone Pizzotti. The young man’s girlfriend, who has no criminal record, was reported to be free.
