CIVITAVECCHIA – Social Services councilor Deborah Zacchei also ended up in the sights of thieves. In recent weeks, in fact, there have been several reports of attempts and thefts in the city; the attention of the police is high, with citizens saying they are worried.
During the night some criminals tried to force the lock of councilor Zacchei’s home. Fortunately they were unable to open the door, with the councilor’s dog barking and waking up the inhabitants of the building, who called the police, thus putting the intruders to flight.
“I thank the police for being so prompt in providing assistance to me and my family” declared councilor Zacchei. The police are investigating the case.
