Beyond one hundred council resolutions published on the eve of the administration of the Municipality. On the evening of April 15, the institution’s register was filled with 108 documents dismissed by the now former Festa council, of which over 70 preceded the resignation of the mayor whose digital signature allowed their publication a few hours after the definitive end of the mandate. Other 35 resolutionsinstead, they refer to a river meeting of the council on Monday, which lasted, according to the times reported on the frontispiece of each individual document, from late afternoon until evening, and signed by the acting mayor, Laura Nargi.
Patronages, naming of streets and structures, conferring of honorary citizenships, but also acts dating back to May 2023. In particular, the now famous resolution number 151 stands out, the one with which on 12 May 2023 the council launched the guidelines for Eurochocolate and on which the minority pressed the former administration. The act recalls the collaboration started between the administration and the company organizing the chocolate festival, establishes the free use of public land, din the former Elysée and the “Carlo Gesualdo” Theaterand the activation of a public notice to seek private sponsorships to co-finance the event.
The resolutions to entrust the Rds network with the promotion of Christmas events before the local edition of were also published Eurochocolate then, for a total of 280 thousand euros. The first of August with which the council gives direction for the preparation of the public procedure to identify a subject to whom to grant management, maintenance and redevelopment for a duration of 10 years, then corrected by a second resolution adopted on Monday in which it is specified that the duration of the assignment will be established only upon approval of the proposed technical-economic feasibility project. Procedure which will also be valid for the sports field of Borgo Ferrovia and that of via Marotta a Valle. The awarding of honorary citizenship to the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, dated 30 December but never brought to the chamber for approval, was also published at the photo finish.

A negative differential, compared to the expected result set by the Agreement for the settlement of the deficit with the Government, corresponding to 1,771,655.89. An overrun of the budgeted expense.
