The investigating judge only partially accepted the prosecutor’s request regarding the seizure against the two entrepreneurs

AVERSA – I am the sixty-seven year old Pasquale Mungiguerra and the same age Vincenzo Fusco, residents respectively in Aversa and Casaluce, the two brothers-in-law entrepreneurs in the supermarket sector arrested this morning by the financial police of the Aversa Group, under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Luigi Acanfora, following an investigation coordinated by the Norman prosecutor’s office of Naples North.

The charges of bankruptcy and money laundering in relation to the activities of their supermarket company, which was later declared bankrupt, concern a proceeding of default dated 2016. So let’s talk about a story that started eight years ago and which, Todaysees the emergence of precautionary measures.

Fusco and Mungiguerra, together with those who are considered the fictitious administrators of the companies created following the bankruptcy of the first company, are held responsible for not having made the correct documentation available to the bankruptcy trustee.

The accusation of money laundering concerns the hypothesis that what was distracted from the company in crisis, we are talking about a property, was reused to create the new companies that managed the two supermarkets in Aversa.

As regards the seizure, despite the accusations that the prosecutor’s office accuses of the two and the other four suspects, i.e. unpaid tax debts of over 337 thousand euros, The

judge for preliminary investigations of the court of Aversa Napoli Nord only partially accepted the request of the prosecutor’s office, seizing approximately a third of the sum, i.e. 120 thousand euros.

The lawyers appointed by the parties involved are also from Aversa, namely the lawyers Maurizio Abbate and Massimo D’Errico.
