The only appeal accepted was that for Teodora Pace (already sentenced to 6 years and 10 months) who, assisted by lawyers Antonietta Cennamo and Francesco Saverio Dambrosiohad her conviction annulled and the proceedings postponed before the court Court of Appeal of the court of Naples who will have to re-evaluate the matter on the basis of the guidelines provided by the “stoats”.

THE ORGANIZATION

Association for the purpose of drug dealing was the crime alleged against the defendants accused of having set up a gang, divided into at least two groups, within which each had a very specific role. The drug dealing ring set up by the defendants would have been so large as to require periodic supplies of drugs even several times a month for a profit of around 100 thousand euros. According to the prosecutor’s accusations, the defendants had monopolized the city’s drug dealing areas according to a precise “geography”: Luigi Mercadante operated in the industrial area of ​​Salerno; Pecoraro in the Pinocchio Park area; Agostino Abate and Ragosta in Matierno; Antonio Abate; Ciaglia and Delfino in Pastena and Mercatello; I hope in Mariconda; Tranzillo in the Pastena area and Quartiere Italia; Ventura in San Mango Piedmont and Ogliara; Fabio Saviello (aka “Cumbaro”) in Pastorano; Stable in Baronissi; Criscuoli in Ogliara; Rocco Cafaro in Pellezzano; Caputo and Molinaro in Fratte; Fiorillo (known as “Night”) in Acquamela di Baronissi; Liguori in Battipaglia and Di Martino in Sapri.
