Friday 3 May 2024, at 7 pm at the Vittorio Emmanuele Municipal Theater of Benevento, the Benevento Delegation of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, with the patronage of the Archbishop’s Curia and the Municipality of Benevento, presents the theatrical show GUSEPPE MOSCATI, OUR SAINT.
The representation on the life of the saint born a few steps from Trajan’s Arch was born from an idea by Anna Todisco and Costanza Fiore, inspired by Paola Bergamini’s text “Secular i.e. Christian”.

The UNSTABLE AND WALKING COMPANY OF THE RIONE SANITA’ (AO SAN GIUSEPPE MOSCATI DI AVELLINO) has achieved considerable success in previous stagings of a captivating and exciting work that involves the spectator, making him feel strongly the presence of one of the most venerated saints of the our time.
The aim of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem has always been to raise funds for works in the Holy Land, a corner of the world increasingly tormented by war.
The evening will be presented by the well-known showman Enzo Costanza.

On this occasion, a relic of the Saint, granted by the Church and the Municipality of Santa Lucia di Serino, the town of origin of the Moscati family, will be exhibited in the morning at the church of San Giuseppe Moscati in Capodimonte and in the afternoon in the Church of Santa Sofia.
The days in memory of San Giuseppe Moscati will continue on May 4th at 6pm with the presentation of a book, to which the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, through one of its brothers, has collaborated with historical contributions”.
