Serie A, a nice Genoa scores a hat trick against Cagliari

The Genoa wins (3-0) at the Ferraris stadium against Cagliari, in the match valid for the 34th round of Serie A. Great performance from Gilardino’s team, who closed the match against the Sardinians already in the first half hour, thanks to goals from Thorsby and Frendrup. In the second half the Icelandic elf Gudmundsson scores a hat trick. With this victory the Ligurians rise to 42 points in mid-table. Cagliari remains on 32 points, three points ahead of third-last Udinese. In the next round Genoa will visit Milan (5 May at 6pm) while Ranieri’s team hosts Lecce (5 May at 12.30pm).

The match

First half
