The positions of the Civil Command for the 2024 edition of the Gioco del Ponte were made official on Saturday during a dinner by the General of the Noble Part of the South Sergio Mantuano. Many members of the Mezzogiorno corps were present, their commanders, the captains and magistrates of the teams of the party and in the presence of the General Commander Roberto Tonini and the president of the Friends of the Bridge Game Association Stefano Gianfaldoni.
Here are all the positions in detail:
Angelo Rossi is the Civil Councilor and Franco Napodano the Civil Chancellor.
Alessandro Lascar will be the Camp Master and Marco Tabucchi the Major Sergeant.
Nicola Cempini is the Southern Ambassador and the person in charge of the mounted figures.
Andrea Niccolai is the Captain of the Picket, Andrea Di Puccio the Commander of the Celatini, Matteo Valesini the Captain of the Guards at the Camp and Roberto Cacelli the captain of the Guards with Armor.
Giovanni Garzella will be the Head of the General’s Knights while Aldo Armellin will be the Head of the Lieutenant General’s Knights.
Sabrina Del Moro is the Head of the Pages and Caterina La Rovere is the Head of the Standard Bearers, Marco Celandroni is the Head of the Drummers and Tiziano Puntoni is the Head of the Trumpeters.
Alessio Falchi is the Captain of the Halberdiers.
Claudia Decataldo, Alfredo Del Moro and Leonardo Miraglia are Command Collaborators.
The Military Command appointed by Lieutenant General Cristiano Scarpellini is made up of: Marco Santopadre as Military Advisor and Marcello Bertini as Military Chancellor.
Massimo Balducci is the Captain of the Sant’Antonio, Aldemaro Marsili the Captain of the San Martino, Jonathan Rosellini the Captain of the San Marco and Claudio Nardini the Captain of the Lions; while Luca Dini is the Captain of the Dragoons and Marco Falugi the Captain of the Dolphins.
Paiolo Vaghetti is a Command Collaborator.
In addition to all of these, the Southern General Sergio Mantuano awarded a parchment of thanks to all the Magistrates of the South (Domenico Grassi of Sant’Antonio, Valentino Vanni of San Martino, Massimo Cioli of San Marco, Lorenzo Vannozzi of Leoni, Simone Menichetti of Dragoni and Luca Di Poi dei Delfini) and a certificate of honor for forty years of work in the Southern Part to Giovanni Del Bravo.
