“The works, carried out in approximately three months, have a dual purpose: first of all to increase the safety of Magliatica, an inhabited area located within an area at particularly high hydrogeological risk and which has been monitored for several decades, and at the same time preserve traffic along the municipal road to avoid inconvenience to citizens” – he explains Irene Priolo, vice president with responsibility for Civil Protection. “The intervention carried out joins and integrates with the consolidation works already concluded through various executive excerpts starting from the beginning of the 2000s, to protect those who live and work in this corner of the Apennines”.
