Speaking during an event Skythe captain of the Messina, Antonino Ragusahas explained:

“The almost 7 thousand fans present at the stadium? It was a beautiful sight, really nice to have brought so many people to the stadium because it means that something good has been done. We would have deserved more and the people would have deserved a different result.”

“When some fouls don’t require a yellow card but you still get a yellow card, you are conditioned. We put in a lot of competitive malice and it must never be missing. We don’t look for the reds but we have to be more careful because they can influence the matches. For us it is an irrelevant aspect, because the team has always behaved well, respecting everyone and never failing to perform.”

“How did we recover from Black November? We just needed a win to regain confidence. We missed a few games but the performances were always there. The group is exceptional, we always gave everything but the three points didn’t arrive and this was a bit demoralizing. We always worked well during the week and the results came because we believed in what we were doing and we were sure that sooner or later we would come out of it.”
