Gian Carlo Bolamperti, from Oleggio, is the new provincial president of the Acli (Associations of Christian Italian Workers) of Novara. Former teacher and activity manager at Enaip, and skilled photographer, announces that he is tackling the new commitment thanks first and foremost «to the awareness of counting on a group of people motivated and ready to commit to achieving the objectives that are set. I also arrive at cover the provincial role due to the “promotion” of Mara Ardizio to regional president who held this role. As vice-president, and encouraged by the members of the presidency, I agreed to hold the position in the very congress year where ACLI’s new lines of work and strategies will be outlined”.
He had already been the deputy for two terms
Bolamperti has always worked for Enaip as a trainer and then as course and process manager: «Over the last 20 years, thanks to Enaip, I have wanted to enter the complex world of Acli realizing how important the synergy between its various components is and to give, as far as possible, my availability to progress and improve the Acli’s presence in the territory. After being a member of the presidency, in the last two mandates I have held the role of provincial vice-president. In recent years it has become increasingly difficult to position itself in the territories as an associative system to help society and individuals. Attention to the basic structures, through which it is possible to “intercept” people who want to dedicate part of their time and skills to others, it is fundamental».
And again: «The province of Novara with the presence of Enaip in many places three training centers for both children and adults it can be a place to study the change of the territory and its socio-economic structure. The ACLI can thus have their say by participating with the institutions in the continuous change by providing ideas, support and developing intervention strategies both in the social and economic spheres.”

The priority of the mandate: «Obviously my mandate is short-lived – recalls Bolamperti – because we will go to a conference in the next few months. However, I have always expressed the desire to make the Acli components increasingly collaborative and connected to truly create a “system”. I would also like to pay attention to the Patronato and the Caf, ensuring that the services provided are punctual and professional”.
