The ‘crown’ of Mary of Modena at the Sanctuary

The reconstructed copy of the Crown worn by Maria Beatrice d’Este (Mary of Modena), the Modenese princess who became Queen (consort) of England (1685/1689) was presented yesterday to journalists and historians at the Sanctuary of Fiorano ) and the last Catholic on the throne.
