AICI Eventi organizes theArt Street Food Festival in Victory Square, in the center of Genoa. Appointment a stone’s throw from Brignole station with street food from all over Italy and beyond, beers And entertainment from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 April 2024. Three days of signature street food and wooden games of the past for adults and children. These are the orrare of the Genoese event: Friday 6-2pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am-midnight. In collaboration with the Civ Victory Square.
The AICI (Italian Association of Itinerant Chefs) with the brand “Chef on the Road“ is placed at the center of phenomenon Street Food proposing a quality administration with an appearance of Show Cooking which was received by the public with great appreciation. The format involves preparation and administration “live” in front of the public during the main trade fairs, food and wine and cultural events.
AICI students must not only be excellent chef, have a particular predisposition for direct relationships with the most demanding public which is precisely that of street food. During events with a large turnout of the public, the AICI adapts to serving some local dishes, especially for logistical reasons, first courses or tastings.
