Fresh from the success of the new album “Radio Sakura”, which debuted in second place on Spotify’s Top Albums Debut Global and which, for the second consecutive week, is still on the podium of the FIMI Top Albums in third position, Rose Villain announces today the “Radio Sakura Summer Tour”, a highly anticipated live project from one of the most surprising faces of the Italian singer-songwriter and underground scene. Rose Villain he will also be the protagonist in Friuli Venezia Giulia for a single concert next time July 29th to the Udine Castle (starts at 9.30pm). Who is Rose Villain.
Born in Milan and then moved to New York, the singer, author and director has millions of streams to her credit. Rose Villain she has all it takes to overturn the current music scene, personally taking care of the creativity of every artistic project that concerns her. Her consecration, which came in recent years from high-level featuring with artists who strongly wanted her at her side, led Rose to want to say more about her.
In January 2023 his first recording work was released, “Radio Gotham” (certified platinum by FIMI/GfK Italia), an unexpected album, full of personal themes in which the artist lays himself bare. After having graced the stage at the Concertone del Primo Maggio in Rome, Rose Villain’s voice was on all the radios last summer thanks to Achille Lauro’s single “Strawberries” (certified triple platinum by FIMI/GfK Italia), in which she co-starred. On Friday 6 October she returned with her new gold record hit “Me, myself and other troubles” (Warner Music Italy), a Tainted Love in Wednesday Addams style.
He is also among the judges chosen for the Netflix program “New Scene – Rhythm+Flow Italia”, the rap music competition, produced by Fremantle, together with Fabri Fibra And Geolierin search of the protagonists who will mark the new Italian rap scene.
