Grosseto. The new website of the Le Clarisse cultural center of the Grosseto Cultura Foundation is online.

The Tech&Art project for the digitalisation and elimination of architectural and cognitive barriers of the museum structure in via Vinzaglio has come to an end: the first objective achieved is the publication of the new portal www.clarissegrosseto.it. A latest generation site indispensably linked to the multimedia setup which will be ready by the first half of April.

Tech&Art, financed by the Pnrr with 496,500 euros, sees the collaboration of the Grosseto Municipality as well as the Grosseto University Center Foundation and is managed by the design company Wav-e of Valeria Fabbroni and Aldo Lazzeri.

The site

«The new site – they explain the designersi – It presents itself as a modern and effective platform, with the added value of fulfilling a double function. On the one hand, in fact, it places the end user at the center of its functions, offering an intuitive and accessible interface, which allows the public to explore the art collections, temporary exhibitions and educational activities offered by the Center as well as the possibility to learn about the history of the former convent which now houses the museum. On the other hand, the new site, in the service pages accessible only to administrators, is the place which summarizes all the functions that the visitor uses on site, during the visit».

In fact, the site hosts some selected works for an immersive experience through the virtual reality corner of the museum, the audio guides in Italian and English and the pages that can be navigated through the interactive corner of the Ultraleap, an instrument installed on the ground floor of the museum which, by tracing the movement of hands, allows you to see the Luzzetti Collection without touching the screen. The site also contains the answers to satisfaction questionnaire accessible from the monitor located on the ground floor of the structure, where it is also possible to consult all current events and discover the history of the former convent.

«By incorporating some of the latest digital technologies – they conclude –the site not only enhances the contents and heritage of the Le Clarisse cultural hub, but also opens new avenues for digital interaction and learning, aligning with the objectives of innovation and inclusiveness promoted by the Pnrr and the Tech&Art project”.
