The Catanzaro prosecutor’s office seems to want to move forward in its work of reconstructing the atrocities of the “health system” which is still going swimmingly despite the crippling of some “rotten apples” which have already been widely talked about over the years. And so yesterday it was the turn of Elga Rizzo and Vittorio Preianò, who saw over 5 million seized for their “maneuvers” with the leaders of the infamous Sant’Anna clinic still led under cover by the unfading Sally Frontera.
In Catanzaro history is rewritten, the pieces on the chessboard are put back in order and memberships are consolidated, even those that have passed from “factor B” like Bertolone (in the City of the Three Hills the word is enough!), so much so that just a few years ago nothing excluded the promotion, due to recognized criminal merit, of someone in the future organizational chart of Azienda Zero. Among those who had the highest prices there was certainly one Elga Rizzo, the one who at the time of the “scam” agreement with the Bambin Gesù hospital in Rome kept the bag in Profiti, as general director of the Pugliese-Ciaccio and who, by giving herself over to silence and “prayer”, left the field open to the barbarians they came only to steal the loot.
Faith and loyalty return to being values to be rewarded, which is why many felt guaranteed also because they belonged to Freemasonry, white or black, and Profiti’s return already closed the famine and relaunched complicity, especially that covered by the sacred vestments of the polluted curiae of Calabria.
Elga Rizzo, therefore, was until recently the “strong” woman of the system who went through the storm hopping from one ASP to another, from Catanzaro to Vibo, passing through the Hospitals of the city of Catanzaro, and was also managed to “conquer” the role of administrative director at the university hospital on call of the former commissioner Giuseppe Giuliano, who was then sent back to mess around in Vibo before being “eliminated” by Gratteri with a providential ban, given that he had become embarrassing for everyone.
Elga Rizzo, in truth, has collected assignments and even some yellow “cards” from the judiciary but she returned to Pugliese-Ciaccio as a fixed-term lawyer, after her accomplices had set up a competition for her ready-to-wearhighly contested because it has dubious transparency profiles.
In this regard, we remember the meritorious work of information and truth carried out by Codacons, which had publicly denounced the antics that were hidden behind the clearly rigged competition between the second part of 2019 and the beginning of 2020.
We are talking about the public competition, based on qualifications and exams, for the permanent and full-time coverage of 2 positions as Lawyer Manager at the “Pugliese-Ciaccio” Hospital in Catanzaro. On 27 June 2019, perhaps due to the media outcry raised, the tests were postponed to a later date, “due to the unavailability of a member of the Commission”. Then, coincidentally just a few hours before the inauguration of the new commissioner Giuseppe Zuccatelli, with Resolution no. 10/2020 it was decided to revolutionize the examining commission. New President, new members… yet it seemed we had reached the end – Codacons recalled – of this competition which, with each passing day, increasingly resembled a via crucis. Since there were only 4 people left who passed the written test.
Of course, as often happens, there is always someone who whispers unspeakable words about the names, but “about one, in particular, we have even come to hypothesize the existence of a conflict of interest”. And it was precisely the lawyer Elga Rizzo, former general director of the Pugliese-Ciaccio, then administrative director of the ASP of Vibo Valentia, subsequently administrative director of the ASP of Catanzaro until he “self-appointed” himself as general director. Not even the shame of the dissolution due to mafia infiltration managed to darken his star, in fact at the time of the events, in 2020, Elga Rizzo carried out the functions of highly confirmed administrative director of the “infiltrated & commissionered” ASP of Catanzaro. All this despite not being an employee of the ASP and, probably, with additional costs.
But let’s get back to the competition. It is said that its organization was taken care of by the husband of the candidate Rizzo, Dr. Vittorio Preianò, personnel officer of the Pugliese-Ciaccio company, at least until the Governor decided to appoint him general director of the ASP of Reggio Calabria . But here too bad luck was lurking and with the “Calabria Decree” Doctor Prejanò was removed from the role of general director. But don’t worry, Dr. Prejano becomes a consultant at the Region’s Health Department.
According to Codacons, it was legitimate to ask the question whether or not there were conflicts of interest such as to invalidate the result of the competition. This is due to personal and professional relationships – claimed Francesco Di Lieto, national vice-president of the association – such as to generate the suspicion that the candidate may be judged, not on the basis of the results of the tests, but by virtue of personal knowledge. And again. For what reasons did the members of the commission refrain from the functions assigned to them and, above all, why the examining commission was hastily changed, just a few hours before the new commissioner Zuccatelli took office. These are the doubts that led Codacons to ask for explanations from the new President of the examining commission, Dr. Maria Pia De Vito and, above all, from Commissioner Zuccatelli.
But obviously Elga Rizzo won the competition…
The path of the numeraries of Opus Dei so dear to the good-natured Profiti (but not only to him…) in the corridors of Calabrian healthcare is not a passage of spirituality, quite the opposite! It is the starting point and continuity of the spoliation of the resources and hopes of care of the Calabrians, the one that calls together the species of “vultures” with and without the purple, with and without the cap. The infinite story of the middle ground and of the system that now pervades every square centimeter of the healthcare territory and every cent of public funds. This was the path of Elga Rizzo and of others that we have met and will meet, who precisely because he belonged to him, in the moment of wandering could not fail to meet the “care” and protection of the former mass-mafia bishop of Catanzaro, Vincenzo Bertolone now recognized as the “fugitive”, so much so that he wintered for a long period even within the walls of the Betania Foundation.
In the enclosure of the medical camp of the Curia of Catanzaro, that of the Betania Foundation now deprived of credibility by Vincenzo Bertolone’s dolphins, there is always room for the “blessed lay people” of the factor B. These, as always, have not been denied a managerial role, just as it is not denied to the missing priests, despoiled of power or because they have changed their dress, what seems like another characteristic of the toxic curia of Catanzarowhich includes other examples, in addition to the most striking one of the former secretary of the legendary Bertolone, Don Francesco Candia taken at speed by kicks Pope francesco.
Many drawers should be reopened and many investigations should have more concrete attention without unjustifiably getting stuck in the prosecutor’s offices, perhaps borrowing the speed of response that the Holy See has given in some cases, stunning everyone but restoring a modicum of dignity to the ecclesial institution. The Calabrians have been waiting for this replication of intent for too long and, limited to health matters and curial complicity, they expected it precisely from prosecutor Nicola Gratteriwho however had his hands and feet “bound” not only by the Roman power but also by some of his “belongings” which embarrassed him until the end of his mandate in Catanzaro.
Returning to the Calabrian healthcare sector the exit strategy put on track by the (pathological) liar of Cosenza, the parasitic governor Robertino Occhiuto had the value of the classic “sòla”, where the appointment of Profiti was a speculative bubble that did not bring added value to the health problem in Calabria and much less in terms of credibility.
The basic problem was and is that of understanding where Calabria must end up shipwrecked and above all making the Calabrians understand that governing a region is totally different from doing the influencers. This is why the megaphone of disinformation firmly in the hands of Roberto Occhiuto must objectively contemplate the truth, without perpetrating the logic of theft and theft, authorized and certified by belonging to the obediences, even the white ones with a Catholic imprint, where everyone without distinction they have a greasy conscience and blood on their hands, which is sold on the black market in beds accredited to the regional health system.
It’s a kind of puzzle, where new pieces are always added, those of the health mysteries and the president’s “men”, without wanting to do an injustice to the “women”, those airheaded, hysterical and incapable ones who now rage not only in the Department of Health but even in his own office as commissioner, or rather the empty boxes of widespread complicity stationed in the corridors, a land without borders of lies, bribes, mix-ups, walk-ons and replicants. We are now entering the hot trail of hidden truths, under aprons or even consecrated skirts where the horizon that announces itself is always and only managed bankruptcy. To always and only favor the bosses of private healthcare.
