Alice Sabatini said yes to the Juvi Ferraroni basketball player (Cremona team) Gabriele Benetti, at his side for five years. The wedding of Sabatini, who won the 76th edition of the Miss Italia competition in 2015, took place in the church of Santa Maria in Castello in Tarquinia. The wedding party, which was attended by 130 people, took place in the villa “La Pecora Ladra”, in Montalto di Castro, Alice’s childhood home. The dress chosen for her wedding was created by Elisabetta Polignano: it is a large and romantic model that was originally in mikado, but Alice opted for a “green” choice by having it made in a natural hemp and linen fabric. For the party after the ceremony, Elisabetta Polignano created Sabatini for Alice a short dress with a lace base with stylized leaves that strongly recall the theme of nature; plus a shower of three-dimensional flowers applied by hand for a cheerful bucolic effect. To enhance the young and light style of the dress, a very light over-skirt in organza and silk georgette.
