Tozzi Green spa, one of the main Italian operators in the renewable energy sector and among the main global players in rural electrification, has started a collaboration with the Dojo Gharbi association in its Mezzano headquarters. In fact, since last month, a space has been set up at the headquarters to be used as a gym and reserved exclusively for employees, who can take advantage of their lunch break for a moment dedicated to taking care of their physical and mental well-being.

The realization of an idea that had been in the air for some time was possible thanks to the determination of CEO Andrea Tozzi and Karim Gharbi, former competitive judo athlete and now president of the Dojo Gharbi association. Each resource carries out personalized free body exercises aimed at their own well-being objectives, hence the registered name of Fsa (Assisted Subjective Fitness).

This is a method already tested within the two gyms in via Monte Sabotino 20 and via Mario Pasi 30/A, conceived by Karim Gharbi and his grandfather Corrado, who decided to bring the “Fsa” course, complete with equipment, home. At the moment the appointment with the trainers of the Dojo Gharbi is three times a week, but, given the popularity of the initiative, it could increase in the future.

Karim Gharbi declared: “I must thank Andrea Tozzi for agreeing to give shape to my proposal and his collaborators for the excellent response obtained in these first weeks of exercises. Bringing physical well-being into the company is an aspect that we consider important since moving and doing it correctly certainly brings physical, mental benefits and in terms of work-life balance. In short, we would like the experience in Tozzi Green to be the first of a long series.”
