Mongolia: political elections, polls open
Voting has begun in Mongolia for the elections to the parliament expanded to 126 seats, 50 more than in the previous elections in 2020. A vote that is being held amid strong public discontent towards the parties due to the corruption scandals. US to release part of bombs in suspended shipment to Israel
The Biden administration is expected to soon unblock and release 500-pound bombs that were part of a weapons shipment to Israel that was put on hold due to U.S. concerns about the Rafah operation, Axios reports, citing sources who say about 1,700 500-pound bombs are expected to be delivered to Israel when the Rafah operation ends, likely in two weeks.
Israeli army, Hezbollah buildings attacked in Lebanon
Last night, Israeli warplanes attacked Hezbollah military facilities in the al-Khyam area of Lebanon. The Israeli Air Force wrote in X, adding that “another military facility of the terrorist organization was attacked in the Al Adisa area, in southern Lebanon.”
