It was supposed to be a simple two-day break from work commitments, that of Max Giustiand instead it turned out to be a daring adventure, with delayed flights and an electricity blackout that created panic among tourists and travelers who were going to Sardinia.
«In recent months I have taken many planes for work, more or less always on time and on Friday I decided to take a day off until Sunday… – Max Giusti said in his Instagram stories – My flight is two hours old and a half late”, but it was only the beginning.
Moments of panic
After a delay of two and a half hours, Max Giusti together with the passengers who wanted to leave for Sardinia, he managed to get on the plane, but just before take-off, another moment of panic: electrical blackout. The comedian, in the seconds of total stress and worry, took the floor and stood up, trying to reassure the people on board and inviting them to calm down: «Let’s see what they tell us because if we all get up quickly together there are many of us and underneath we won’t be there is welcome. We understand what they tell us. Let’s stay calm, it’s a situation I’ve never experienced. We hear what they tell us, let’s do things in order, however, otherwise we get hurt».
Fortunately, the problem resolved, the electrical connection was restored and the flight managed to depart even if with many hours of delay.
Max Giusti wanted to update his followers on Instagram with some stories: «Everyone arrived alive! It’s 10.57pm.” The comedian then wanted to thank all the flight staff for their professionalism and courtesy even in such complicated situations: «Anyway, thanks to the staff and congratulations to the commander because without his tenacity and professionalism, together with that of his crew, we would never have parties. And above all we would have risked scenes of panic due to the blackout that occurred while we were in the parking lot.”
All’s well that ends well and Max Giusti will be able to enjoy the two days of rest that didn’t start off in the best way.
